I would rather play with 10 players than have Maxwell lol I think we need to kill this search for an all rounder especially since Mitchell Marsh and Matthew Wade aren't reliable, we pretty much need Warner or Smith to score a hundred and either Renshaw or Handsdomb to support it with Starc to be the difference.

I think Nevill is the best gloveman in the land, his batting is more along with Ian Healy than Adam Gilchrist though which counts against him, 12 months ago they took him to the T20 cup because of his wicket keeping alone now he's discarded. Wade is there because he can supposedly bat but he's failed in every test upon return and Nevill at least made a 60 not out against South Africa. He was just unfortunate to be part of the blame for Hobart. I think we will be in trouble on any batting friendly pitch but anything that gives the bowlers a chance brings us closer to parity.

They are just calling pitch curators to ask what type of pitch does they provide for upcoming tests.

There will surely be the case being filed to just make ICC aware that a test match got over within 3 days of play. Same happened couple of years ago. They had even ordered for investigation to know the real fact behind the pitch behaviour.

O'Keefe has been excellent so far. I highly doubt Kohli will go for similar type of pitch in the upcoming test. The pitches that were made for NZ test and English test were just fantastic. Both batsmen and bowlers had equal opportunities and match went to the final session of day 5 to determine the winner. Mishra is better bowler than Jayant in such conditions. Hope we see him play in next games. Umesh has been fantastic so far. It is Ishant who will be replaced by Shami in the 3rd test (if he is available).
