Australia tour of India (Feb '17/Mar '17)

I was refraining from replying to this smart ass comment but now that we know details, may be you can properly participate in a discussion instead of letting us know your extremely important opinion about forum involvement?

Ok then.

It's a game. Nobody died. There's a lot of things in the world to get upset about, this isn't one of them. Dictators cheating citizens out of their democratic rights to vote, greedy business people cheating people out of food, clean water, shelter. Governments cheating people out of freedom because they don't like what they say. In this situation, a cricket player looked at the dressing room and admits he shouldn't have. It's. A. Game.

Having been an umpire for longer than I care to remember, if my colleagues and I booked every player for every transgression of the Laws of Cricket during a game, there wouldn't be much cricket being played. So let's stop pretending that anybody involved in the whole sordid saga is as a pure as the driven snow. If we apply the saying "let he without sin cast the first stone", there won't be many stones on an international cricket field.

My My! We have a social activist among us. Your first post was how exactly relevant? Were you trying to tell some of us that our posts are so obnoxious that people refrain from posting here because of us? Well, much thanks to you. We were holding our breath for you to let us know that. :lol

Secondly, who over here spoke about life and death? Democracy or Monarchy? Poverty and the rich? I think you're a bit lost in your world and there are places for you to discuss all this. This is a place to discuss cricket and we were doing exactly that.

The part I've highlighted in bold- I'll correct that for you- A prestigious cricket team's captain along with his team management had clearly plotted to resort to cheating and then put it down to brain fade.

If you care to read his press conference and the opposition captain's you will get the idea. But, you have your blinkers on and we've as a nation seen it far too often. We know your reactions when the shoe is on the other foot.

Fine. I'll make it simple for you. Your profile says you're 30 years old. How about starting to act like it?

Awww! Is that all?

I see you've been here since 2004 and contributed 50 messages in your illustrious 13 year span over here. What's that? 4 messages a year? I suggest you go back into your slumber. Your contribution on this board, just like you is one big ZERO.

Clearly, you have no retort to the cricketing arguments.

I think Australia need to work on their batting department. I would back Khawaja and Maxwell as two replacements in their squad. Their bowling is quite great.

Only one of them can play. I don't see a replacement for Warner, Renshaw, Cheat Smith, S Marsh and Handscomb.

@kushal17 & @heyado kindly both of you cool down.

I haven't seen Shaun Marsh's recent performances but whenever I saw previously, always saw him failing to deliver much.

I think you are going bit unfair here calling him Cheat Smith, He looked quite humble in admitting his mistake and I guess everyone has moved on from it. It all ended in a good way. Smith also appreciated the banter with Virat as fun and good for the contest. I guess its all good in the end. One of the best batsmen in current times deserve respect, One-off incident should be ignored now.
