My base swing is 71. From over 40-65 I up swing by 3 every 5 overs. Then I leave it to 80. If they don’t take new ball I’ll reduce it by 1 every over till new ball. New ball go back to 71

well I’m crap, so it’s hard to tell. I lost wickets with it, I lose them without it.

definitely visibly noticeable, doesn’t make it unplayable

Picking up the game after a while has really made me appreciate the subtleties in the game again. Some real cricket moments and genuine gasps when you just miss the edge or you nick one just short of the slips!

Yeah I'm in exactly the same boat. I seem to play on a schedule of "If Daves playing, I'm playing". This thread has a horrible way of pulling me back in

Having had a really busy period I got back playing recently with a little more time on may hands and this game is a great release.

Going from different conditions and opponent also has given me a better appreciation of the subtlety and variety hidden in the game.

Some things can be accentuated, but this is a great game.

Reckon I’m less than 10 overs from saving this game, 5 wickets in hand.

Bad captaincy by Miandad, batting on too long and not using Mutjaba.

Well I was wrong...

It seems if there’s been rain on the 5th day you play on to make up the overs!! It’s 6.37 and they’re still bowling. Probably means I have another 12-13 overs!! Which means another new ball!!
