India's Tour Of Sri Lanka Jul-Aug 2012

Ravindra Jadeja may not retain place in ODI team - The Times of India

Yes, they should drop him. He hasn't done anything after making 2 good scores on the England tour last year. Though they have mentioned in the article that Harbhajan might come back which is surprising. Also in the fast bowling section, Dinda is certain and they haven't mention Varun Aaron which is also surprising because I think he can be a very good bowler in limited over format.

Has the squad been announced yet? Got to know that some offie allrounder Jalaj Saxena might be the surprise inclusion....

Ok. Team has been announced. No surprises.....
But I am surprised about Dinda's inclusion...:D

Happy with most of that, surprised we didn't pick any ARs, guess Raina and co will have to bowl a few. Would've picked Varun Aaron ahead of Vinay Kumar, but that's just me.

1. Virender Sehwag
2. Gautam Gambhir
3. Virat Kohli
4. Rohit Sharma
5. Suresh Raina
6. MS Dhoni (capt and wk)
7. Ravichandran Ashwin
8. Zaheer Khan
9. Pragyan Ojha
10. Umesh Yadav
11. Ashok Dinda

A balanced ODI side with 5 pure batsmen, a keeper and 5 pure bowlers.

I'm sure that's not just you. I can't get how Vinay Kumar keeps his place. Aaron should have been picked!
