Scooby Doo mafia would be nice, if the roles are written out very well, but as Colin said, Tennis mafia theme has an unpredictability to it.

It's the same with me. My mind is wavering between grammy mafia and world leaders, and it might be even something on the lines of 'And Then There Were None', a mystery novel by Christie.

First there were ten--a curious assortment of strangers summoned as weekend guests to a private island off the coast of Devon. Their host, an eccentric millionaire unkonwn to all of them, is nowhere to be found. All that the guests have in common is a wicked past they're unwilling to reveal--and a secret that will seal their fate. For each has been marked for murder. One by one they fall prey. Before the weekend is out, there will be none. And only the dead are above suspicion.

Tennis is good because you're not so restricted with roles and anyone could be mafia.

Except that everyone knows Steffi is. And Damir Dokic.

We are going ahead with Scooby Doo Mafia. Should be a good game. Will post more details once the thread is up, soon hopefully.

Tennis mafia some other time guys. Scooby Doo mafia will help me to learn about how to run a mafia game and hopefully in future, I'll run a tennis mafia.

I hate fake claims for the mafia. Gives them way too much power.

I thought that until the town won all the recent games where fake claims weren't provided.

That's down to bad play from the mafia. I've only seen two games in which the mafia have played really well - the HP mafia and the Pokemon mafia.

Pokemon was lost due to bad luck - we overestimated the town's capability.

Pffft. HP mafia was also luck as Abhas joined the mafia. Otherwise, they were screwed. Anyways, no fake claims.

Yea that kind of mafia would be great-I've read the book, so was pretty excited but now you are doing a Scooby Doo one. If I am allowed to, I think I have pretty much seen how to run a game. Am I allowed to run a mafia game?
If I am, I would like to run one called 'Pick Your Death' one based on Christie's play.(And Then There Were None)

Obviously you can run a game as can everyone else. A bit experience in such games is necessary though and you have it. So, no worries. But, you need to wait before Scooby Doo mafia finishes, then there is one more mafia planned by MaD, maybe Varun as well, then comes yours.
