They were so good back then, with the likes of Chris Cairns, Chris Harris, Stephen Fleming, etc. I still remember that final between NZ and India where Cairns led them to victory. Pretty good game by NZ!

Good or gutsey? NZ never gives up with their die heart attitude but they often relied on inspiration from Cairns, Astle or FLemming. But they lack the bowling attack on fast pace wickets

West Indies the deserving winners. It was wonderful to see them fight back with such ferocity and grit. It was a team effort. Sri Lanka played well but they seem to choke in finals.

Great to see West Indies come up on top after so long a time. Sri Lankan bowling was phenomenal throughout the tournament and in the finals, but their batting was abysmal. Won't say West Indian bowling was too great, except Narine, just that Sri Lanka batted badly.

Nevertheless, West Indies won, and we got to see a great celebration - in Gangnam Style.
