Dippenaar has fallen

Dippenaar has been caught in the deep by Khan when he was trying to slog one over mid-off by the bowling of Razzaq just before the 20 over mark.

By the 20 over mark South Africa are continually pushing to seal the series, even when losing wickets, South Africa are still going at around a 6 runs an over.

Boucher dismissed for 2

Mark Boucher has been dismissed for a tiny 2 while trying to slog Naved Ul Hasun for a six but his impatience resulted in getting caught by Sami at wide long-off.

South Africa are 3-139 after 23 overs.

South Africa are in trouble here. Effects look nice as long as the writing is visible.

Collapsing?

After Boucher's departure, Inzamam-Ul-Haq decided to bring the spinners in, Afridi and Malik. Malik was bowling very tightly in his first over, on the last ball it was slightly quicker and spinning in from Prince's leg-side and aiming to his pads. Prince wasn't expecting the change in speed and direction of spin, so Prince tried to play it down to the third man area, this is pretty suicidal if played late and that's exactly what Prince did, Prince went for the shot and played it onto his leg-stump, dismissing himself for 19.

South Africa are 6-143 after 25 overs.

Naved Ul Hasun gets two

Naved Ul Hasun has bowled a beauty to Pollock, the ball just landed the line off-stump and jetting back in to find a gap between bat and pad and crashing into Pollock's off-stump.

South Africa are 7-154 after 27 overs.

Malik works some magic

Shoaib Malik has brought Pakistan closer to victory after running out Hall. Van Der Wath blocked one short to his leg-side and ran instantly, but Hall's hesitation took a second off his time, he ran and almost got there but in the end he was a good metre out of his crease.

South Africa are 8-163 after 29 overs.

30 over mark

South African tail-enders, Johan Van Der Wath, Makhaya Ntini and Andre Nel will have to work together quite well to keep their hopes alive of sealing the series. The run rate has slowed down to 4-5 runs an over and Pakistan are looking very dangerous now. At the 30 over mark Inzamam-Ul-Haq can just bring the opening bowlers, Akhtar and Sami back on to finish off the tail.

40 over mark

South Africa are on the brink of victory at the 40 over mark after a great eighth wicket partnership by Van der Wath and Ntini worth more than 50 runs. South Africa travelling at a comfortable 5-6 runs an over and only need 11 runs to win. Inzamam-Ul-Haq has made a bad decision after letting Razzaq, Malik and Naved Ul Hasun bowl for a bit more, now the skipper lets Akhtar and Sami bowl. Akhtar and Sami will have to try really hard here to have any chance of levelling the series 1 all. If they can break this partnership, there is still some hope left for the out of form Pakistan side.

Akhtar breaks the partnership

Akhtar has luckily bowled Ntini when Ntini was forward defending at the ball flicked the edge of the bat and rolled into the stumps behind him. Pakistan are back in the game with Nel walking out to the crease.

With some advice of my sister, I reckon this picture looks much better :) Do you?
