Guys its 6am here! Hours to go until play! The sun has just risen, whatever is happening now is irrelevant. Plus you Pak fans are crazy, 86 to win???? Maximum you will be chasing 120, no way you'll lose fellas! Our bowling asttack is not going to bowl you out for under 100, we arent that good i'm afraid. But then again, who on earth wouldve predicted that Sami would destroy us on day1.

We had to chase down a similar target in Sri Lanka, and we lost.

Anyone else been impressed with Yousuf's captaincy? He's been pretty good imo. He's got a relatively young team, and he's leading them pretty well, and has been trying to lead from the front with the bat as well. His anger at himself, when he got out in the first innings, shows how eager he is, to lead from the front. Love to see those sort of emotions from a Captain. Show's passion, as well as the will.

Though Pakistan has pleasantly surprised me, I am not yet an advocate of Yousuf's captaincy. For tests, I guess we don't have a better option with Younus having his constant mood swings (If Kamran starts keeping well, he might be the front runner after Yousuf retires). But in ODIs, Shahid Afridi needs to captain. His agression is something that Pakistan needs in the field.

He might be good of the field for this young Pakistan team, but he's a very poor captain on it. He's just to defensive for mine and doesn't really seem to trust his bowlers a whole lot.

I'd prefer Younis over Yousef, but I think what counts for Yousef now is that he seems to have the support of the entire team and that matters alot for a Pakistani captain. Also he is on the verge of beating Australia in Australia and that will surely help his chances.

yeah specially after the constant capitulation during the Sri Lanka series, I have stopped believing after the last wicket or run has been taken....

Hopefully we can get them out under 120 or so.. but dude EVEN 120 seems SO MUCH! :. Seriously watching Pakistan bat is such a nightmare, anything can happen any time lol.

We Pakistani fans feel the weight of history. That is what makes us nervous, a decade of defeat will do that to you. Add that to the capitulations in Sri Lanka and that match against New Zeland and well you can understand where we're coming from. Anything over 100 is nervous for us to watch. Although realistically anything under 200 (really don't think Aussies will get anywhere near that though) should be chased, the wicket is a batting track now!

Yousuf has a real knack for bowling changes, his field settings are ludicrously defensive but I really like his understanding of bowling changes. If only he could somehow be more attaking with his field placings! :

I don't think Australia have to bowlers to bowl Pakistan out for 120 odd. 180odd maybe if they bowl exceptionally.
