excellent win by Pakistan..... they are the cornered tigers... and probably haven't had their back against the wall like they have had for the last 3 weeks....

Bresnan is not at all a bad player. He bowled pretty well in the series but it was Gul's fantastic reverse swing yorkers that made him look so poor with bat.
On the other hand James Harris to me look okish and I still prefer to have Bresnan in my side with his good bowling abilities.

He is fairly poor with the bat though. He's been lucky to not get out fending off an early short ball on more than one occasion and when he does play well, it's usually because he's allowed by the field to slog length balls over cover. You can set a field for that.

James Harris had quite a poor List A and T20 season. He's a little on the expensive side. His FC performances are much better but he didn't get many five fors which he should be doing in division 2. He should try moving to a division 1 side if he really wants to force his way through as Glamorgan just missed out on promotion once again.

Harris has alot more potential than Bresnan so I'd put him in. Has a hell of alot of experience for such a young bowler and can hold the bat.

There's just too many 'all-rounders' in that lower order. With a genuine batsman at 7, having Swann and Broad at 8 and 9 is pretty decent, but with Yardy there, who isn't good enough with the bat, we look weak, even with another decent batsman in at 8. I think we just need to get in another front-line bowler to open the bowling. Whether that be Finn or even Shahzad, it doesn't matter to me, we need a specialist. Sure, it means we have to rely on Trott, Pietersen and Collingwood for overs, but so be it, our batting is just too weak at the moment.

The next ODI is already after two days (Wednesday 22 September 2010, 13:30 GMT). Not much time to recover. I still find it strange scheduling. I am sure the stadium will be packed then.

Also I wonder what kind of news we will hear tomorrow after we wake up.

Nothing to do with that....you just can't trust the match fixing scum.

Now that I think about it, England's batting collapsed from an almost assured win to a loss. They probably fixed the game.

I can't watch cricket anymore without wondering who has been fixing/cheating. It's a game for cheats apparently as the ICC just lets it all happen.
