Horrible approach by Super Kings.They cant chase down 40 or 50 in 18 balls every match.The top order looks stupid.Vijay is consuming too many balls for a very ordinary knock.We had a reliable powerhouse Raina at 1 drop but he is proving to be the epic fail batsman till now.Badri is doing what he can and what he is supposed to do.But with such horrible batting approach and rather not too great bowling,i dont think CSK can maintain their atleast semi finals going this time around.
They have to improve drastically if they are going to go anywhere near the trophy.

Absolutely gutted with our batting effort, and this is the 3rd game in a row that CSK's top order has batted badly at home. Vijay was not bad today, though a little too slow, but Raina is proving to be a epic failure. Dhoni might have to think about pushing Raina down the order and push Badri to No 3. Raina had been ordinary last season barring one or two decent efforts. Its time CSK forces Raina to either step up his game, or think of relieving him from CSK colours. In the end, he is there for his batting primarily.

2 wins out of 4 games. Typical CSK! Hope they step up for next game.

I think it's just a case of the batsmen failing to take responsibility in any given situation, so yeah, dropping Raina to 4 and pushing Badrinath to 3 would be a good move, our top-order desperately needs some stability.

No point having all your hitters bat so low in T20. One of Albie, Bravo, or MSD needs to bat in the top 5 (top 4 preferably) imo. Would like to see Dhoni up at 3.

I don't know why Hussey wasn't playing as he always try to give a sturdy start.

IMO Jadeja should move down the order as he is a better finisher.

what a miracle was that pune beating csk. well played finch and good bowling from dinda in the end. ross captained well their he had to get 8 overs from part timer and part timer bowled really well for them picking the wickets without conceding to many runs against the strong csk batting line up good overall performance from pune
