Today Viru batted like VIRENDER SEHWAG!

Oh come on dude! An IPL knock is not enough to bring him back for Champions trophy. The selectors have taken a good bold step of looking forward. No need to go back. If Sehwag has got it still, let him prove that in domestic cricket and then come back.

@Sai:Players like Sehwag is hard to get and we are fortunate enough to have someone like him.So lets not dwell on domestic performance for this man,all he needs is the midas touch he has and the hand eye co ordination which constitute Viru.He is not a technician who will need to prove himself at the domestic level.So he is almost 35 and this kind of a batsman cant play long,maybe 2 years down the lane.Maybe i am too early to say with just 1 knock,3 or 4 more knocks in this IPL in the same fashion and i see there is no point to drop him from the squad.

I dont hate Sehwag as a player. I have just lost hope in him. I do concur with Boycott's words that we might have seen the end of Sehwag in international cricket. If he comes back and does well, it will be a miracle.

@Sai:I have never lost hope on Viru till now and maybe thats the reason why i am talking like this.I have lost hope on Tendulkar these days to be honest.Viru is that kind of a player boss.He follows the principle "Patta Bagyam Vitta Bowled".Just like how one Krish Srikanth went about his game.So we should treat such players in a different manner.

All Mumbai Indians haters please shut up your mouths, 2 consecutive smashing defeats will make our team to come like a tiger on our opponents.

Team selection was wrong. There was no need to drop an in-form bowler like Johnson and take Munaf. Also Ojha didn't have anything bad so far to be dropped.

Moreover, it was just a bad-luck day for us, Viru was just awesome. I liked his knock even though I was supporting MI. He must smash like this against RCB, CSk and KKR. All the best Viru.
