Watson smashed the hell outta CSK!! It would be a miracle if CSK chase down 186. Jadeja finally had a bad day, and it was destructive for the team.

We need a change in the batting order today. Can't let us have a slow start as usual.

The way we bowled out there, ugh, I lost count of how many balls came off a good length on leg stump. Should be enough that score, more than enough even, but hey, we bat deep, a good start and anything's possible.

And this is exactly what I meant by a good start, 58/1 after 6 and 92/1 after 10. Get some CSK!

That was probably the only way they were going to get Hussey there and Sir gone too, to a very good yorker from Faulkner, but I'm not worried, with Dhoni and Bravo at the crease this should be the perfect finish.

Top line finish that! Brilliance from Chennai with the bat.... Never expected them to get there, but they just keep surprising! Finally, a very valuable innings there from Suresh Raina, and Mike Hussey is just FANTABULOUS!!!

Dare I say, we have been performing better this season. Normally we lose a lot at the beginning and then make up in the end. But now, we are top of the table at the halfway mark of the league phase. Hope we continue this way (with less tense wins of course; for the heart health of CSK fans )...

Don't think we have ever finished top of the table before(checked, best finish of 2nd in both 2009 and 2011) and can't say we are certain to given it's only the halfway mark(or almost), but I'd say we're on course for it.

Bowling was a bit of a worry, but considering how both teams got it wrong today, you could always just put it down to the pitch just being that good. Like the make-up of the side as well, 4 specialist batsmen(Hussey, Vijay, Raina, Badrinath), the keeper(Dhoni), 3 all-rounders(Jadeja, Bravo, Morris) and 3 specialist bowlers(Ashwin, Mohit, Holder) is definitely the way to go!

I was in Chepauk and i witnessed high voltage T20 Cricket.Very satisfying game.This game,2 nights ago the David Miller match and few other games are something that constitute the IPL till now this season.I just want good teams to qualify and let the deserving team win and yes in my personal opinion,Mumbai Indians should be kicked out.Its my opinion and no one can object me and tell me to shut up.You can voice your views and i can very well do that.
