see we still have plenty of good young talent its just selectors need to show faith in them an give them opportunities before they give p on the dream of 1 day playing for australia an just ending up a mediocre state cricketer just playing to pay the bills with no dreams of reaching higher level.
As good as hodge is an he definatly deserves to still be an aussie player.

They took a gamble on Johnson selecting him based on talent even though stat wise he prob shouldnt have beeen picked.
But people saw something they liked in him an look what he is doing now, even when Lee was in the team when we needed a wicket Johnson was the man ponting would turn to.
They now took a gamble on big hitting Warner and its way too early to tell but it sure did pay off in last nights game.
They have also said Dan Cullen has enormous potential.
His stats dont back it up but remember we have great batsmen in our domestic comp an pitches that are not good for spinners.
So maybe its time to take the gamble on him too.
