Sri Lanka in England/Netherlands

And Liam Plunkett just got a wicket of a no-ball. Stumpy and that Sky cartoon is hilarious.

Flintoff gets a wicket by dismissing Dilshan.

Sri Lanka 79/7 (30.4 ov)

I think there are overcast conditions, and it's not very smart to bat then.

Kulasekara is gone now too.

Monty drops one, fairly simple too.

And as Beefy said, Fletcher won't put up with it for long.

Nope. Not even Sri Lanka can use the exscuse of overcast conditions. Its blue sky with the odd white fluffy cloud. Its the moisture that has gotten into the pitch over the past 4 days, thus giving assistance to the bowlers. Still the right decision to bat as some of the wickets have been the result of poor shots.

Well done Monteh :D
Gets the breakthrough, and should of been turned to earlier on.

Well, if he could catch, may never have gotten a bowl. He dropped an absolute dolly off of Plunkett. I would have been gutted to drop that in a club match, let alone in test cricket.

Sri Lanka all out for 141 runs. If England try their best, they can get a lead today.

An opening partnership of at least 50 is required here, I expect England to surpass Sri Lanka's 141 by the end of the day to be in a great position on Day 2.

I hope so! I think Strauss might go before the close of play though.
