5 more sessions possible, 4 1/2 to be realistic. I heard it was a good effort from kumble though the ball came quite fast. Not a problem at all!

Nice way to finish the session. Bhajji is doing the trick and i doubt that SL are thinking about 509. Post lunch session will be very difficult as India will be looking to kumble/bhajji to pose more problems to the vistors.

I think Sangakkara, Jayawardena will have a good partnership! The idea is to bat aggressively on this pitch to avoid losing wickets! Atapattu played for lunch batting defensively but the sight of Bhajji saw him coming down and that cost his dismissal! He was in two minds. So I think Sri lanka will bat aggressively after lunch and chances of wickets will be there always!

A garbage guy cannot score 15000 runs nor pick up a 5 wicket haul at the international level. The thing is, we cannot put him down unless we are cricketing experts/greats
Not that I disagree with you on your opinion of Ganguly or this specific occurrence of highlighting cricketing expert, but what determines how much one can talk about a game? I disagree that playing the game makes you an expert of it--some of the garbage spewed by the commentators in this very series has had me falling of my seat. Harsha Bhogle didn't play cricket (or did he?) yet he is one of the people who I admire most with regards to expert in cricket. I argue that someone who has watched and experienced enough cricket can very much talk about it with some credibility. Going back to this specific argument, though, whoever made the comment about Ganguly was very incorrect. :)

I very much agree with you on Harsha Bhogle!Great commentator!I think most people should be able to comment on cricket, and all it's complexities.........
I think Ganguly should be shafted permanently.Go Greg Chappell......!

Srilanka need 300 to win with 6 wickets in hand. A slight fear has crept over me that they have a sniff of winning the game. Its definitely not going to be a draw. If India can get Jayawardane and Dilshan out, then they will wrap up the match.

I dont what is peoples problem with Ganguly.....after he scored 39 and 40 in the second test I thought that Ganguly might make a comeback for India........They dropped Gangs ahead of Gambhir........Gambhir did'nt do too much in the 1st or second test. This is no way to treat Ganguly.

Sri Lanka need another 280 odd runs to win, with 5 wickets in hand. India only needs a draw to clinch second spot in the table.

Jayawardene got out -a while back actually- to Agarkar (:)).

Sri Lanka require another 280 runs with 5 wickets remaining
New Ball Due...and not taken

Bu Bye Dilshan!!!! Caught Dhoni bowled Pathan! Wohoo!. Mahroof is the bast obstacle, we should be able to know over Bandar, Murali and Malinga easily.

Ok Sri Lanka might not win, but they will have a good go trying to win it.

I think if Mubarak can stick in at one end, if Maharoof gets one of those flying innings out, Indians could be given a scare. Hopefully we won't be upset. But records are meant to be broken.
