I've had a great training session. Couple of conc and cons pops and this one:
I bought this guy on 08/02/2006 for ?309,000 . His ratings were:
Chaminda Udabadalawa - 17 yo, BT Rating=3090
RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, proficient batting form, superb bowling form, invigorated
A steady player with superb leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: woeful Wicket Keeping: mediocre
Batting: respectable Concentration: woeful
Bowling: worthless Consistency: abysmal
Fielding: woeful

Now after just 40 days (six weeks training) he is:

This is after training with 2 batting nets, 1 wk net and 1 stamina. He popped in batting after two weeks in batting, and after just 4 weeks, he has become strong!!

How do you do it? Whats the secret? I barely get +500 increases in BT, even if I give them 2 nets... Thats 2 training sessions without a pop.

Its luck most of the time. Also younger players pop in primary skills much faster now.

That was what I was given. I still managed to win my first 5 OD League games, though. Never won a friendly, have yet to play a team I could actually beat (apart from the Spins team)

Everything else was crap. I had 2 feebles (At times, a feeble+woeful) in my starting bowling attack. My batting barely made up for it. You pass the top 5, 6 abysmals up next. So, my starting squad was terrible. Not the worst here (W3lsh wins that), but much worse than yours...

But mines wasn't good. My mad transfer policy didn't work either, only a couple of weeks ago I got my act together and stopped buying players I didn't have room for/need. Now I've ditched mosth of them. Some of them I will resell to try and make some money. Also, my respectable keeper is up on the market for ?20,000 now, he has a replacement.
