178 is not atall a condition here.We need to restrict them to less than 167,because Lanka just need to win this,they dont have any restriction.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar has got to be one of the most underrated players in International cricket. Fantastic talent. If he can work on his bowling with the old ball- or if Dhoni would at least give him a chance to do so - he can have a fairly long career (yes, I know Sanga was not out).

Decided to watch a cricket match after a long time and 1 good thing and 1 bad thing happened.

Good thing:
India won.

And heard Kohli say that Madras Singam Dhoni will play the finals if India qualify and now India have qualified so will MSD play?If that happens,i would be the happiest person.MSD

The rise of Bhuvaneshwar Kumar has been spectacular. He is not really military medium. He has a decent speed in the 130's. And he swings the ball superbly in helpful conditions. Even if its not, he can keep the opening overs in check with tight spells. After Zaheer's decline, India needed a bowler who can be relied upon and Bhuvi is working his way to it.

Another India-SL match. But time for us to grab another cup.

Yeah,i did not know that Sri Lanka would crumble like this mainly because they had Mahela and Sanga.But Bhuvanesh is proving to be a mind blowing talent.He swings the ball beautifully,the ball just teased the batsman in quiet a few occasions.And though Rohit was scratchy,he held the innings well.Hats off to RGS too

Mahela and Sanga were there, but chasing 178 in 26 overs in such tricky conditions is never going to be easy. Especially after so much of rain has fallen. Bhuvaneshwar just capitalised on those conditions and bowled as beautifully as he ever has.

I am impressed with him. He is one guy on whom I had never had hope, but he has emphatically proved me wrong. And I AM HAPPY WITH IT!

On the final - I wish Dhoni doesn't risk it. He should take caution and stay out of the game. Also, let Kohli lift a cup (if the opportunity presents itself). It will give Kohli good confidence and boost.

Surprised when I woke up this morning
We had a reserve day, isn't it? Or did the management then think that Sri Lanka had to play for 5 days, so lets do it today? Fair enough if that is the case

No wonder the target was going to be difficult, in difficult batting conditions, which would have become worse after another spell of rain. Stats seem to suggest India bowled incredibly well, and Bhuvi
6 overs for 8 runs and 4 wickets! There is one bowler who has indeed reserved a place , and deservedly so, it is Bhuvanesh Kumar!

if india wins it's due to money,if srilanka wins it's due to talent what a joke .what a spell by bhuvi 6-1-8-4,srilanka is going to be destroyed more in finals.

Poor Sangakkara . The ball was for sure missing the stumps.But later a good shout from Kumar was given not out and the ball was going to hit the stumps. Poor umpiring.
