West Indies in England

He's probably represented Sussex for longer than Valvolux has been alive, he learnt all his Cricket here too.

Oh well.......

Good innings and good day from us yesterday. The WIndies lack of warm up is showing imo. Though Bravo bowled well, and at time they all bowled well (Morning session). Really pleased for Matty he did well, 36 runs from 12 pull shots too! :D

Good stuff.

anyone know if we have declared overnight?

i hope we're not batting on..

Really? Because I saw about 50 (from Collingwood alone)

The windies bowlers didn't at the stumps. Simple as.

I saw some replay. I turned in right after COllingwood was dropped the seconed time. The new ball was taken after and there was no playing and missing. The bowling before I was watching was a lot better. Already 2 days gone and more rain on the cards, so I wouldn;t think England will go too far into today, they'd need a few days to bowl WI out twice.

Your a saffa in disguise, your a saffa in disguise, plus that team sheet is nothing like englands

I like watching Bell bat. One of his coverdrives to an outswinger was as good as you'll ever see.

Windies could really do with Lara getting 400 odd today. ;)

Decent start from Hoggy and Harmy, not really troubling the batsmen though.

Prior was brilliant yesterday, yeah he came in when we were in a great position, but to come and score a quick hundred on debut was fantastic. The WI's were a tad unlucky but you gotta take your chances and Collingwood should have been caught twice. What score was Bell on when Prior came to the crease!?:p Another good performance from him batting at 6.

Hopefully we don't get too much rain, it would take a performance similar to that of Sri Lanka last year to save this game to be honest.

Back to our best - I know that we are against a weak team, but it shows the world that we haven't just laid down and died after the poor winter...

Hoggard's gone off with hamstring problem according to cricinfo. Collingwood needed to finish the over - bad news :(

Monty strikes. Just like in Perth, his first ball of the match hit off stump with the batsman playing for more turn.

bad news about Hoggy..

next test is next thursday? if he's tweaked his hamstring he is unlikey to be fit..

Anderson filling in? (hopefull not that muppet mahmood!)

What are you babbling on about?

Decent session with Monty bowling Smith. Hoggards injury is a big blow though. The next test starts on Friday.

I think we're better off bowling Collingwood than the other Durham too. What the hell is happening? 20 wides in half a day of test matches? Appaling.

Oh monty monty...what a spell on an unhelpful pitch. 4 down :D
