I agree with Harrypotter. Having a shot at Vista when buying a new PC or laptop is way better than trying to upgrade your current PC's OS to Vista. And for the Vista looks, you have Windows Blinds and the other softwares to simulate the theme/look, etc.
I got a similar laptop to that of Harrypotter (in fact I have 256MB video RAM) and Vista is a breeze on it (more so after the SP1 update).
@ Kshitz or @ Abhas: Do you guys know on how to disable the "Administrator permission" thing that comes up whenever you open a program or an unidentified program? I dont mind it, but it would be a more better experience for me if I could disable it. I heard Kev saying somewhere that it can be disabled.
