After 2 years the both country rejoins @ Lahore for a Test Series. In 1st inning India posted a good total for us but we were really confident at out batting lineup. Our openers, anwar and afridi went off with a flying start where they build up a partnership of 214 runs. Elahi stayed for a little while and got caught and ball by Kumble. Inzi scored a quick 75 to boost a run rate after lunch but he was unluckily got out with LBW by harbhajan singh. Youhana scored 68 in 25 balls with Anwar still on the crease.
Saeed Anwar wanted a partner who would stay with him on the crease and there comes the moin khan where he scored a century by playing very smart.
After losing moin khan Saeed Anwar took full charge of the game where he was scoring about 16 to 20 runs an over.
Saeed Anwar created a world record by scoring 519 runs

Pakistan declares at 1006/7 at still couple of overs remaining in end of day 2
