Nah that is no fun. There are people outside the draft watching and want to hear what everyone has to say.

Honestly there have been many drafts on PC before and I have to say this is the most poorly organized I have seen. It may be because of the time zones or what not but people should get their picks in inside 48 hours at least.

Everyone cool with me in for Harishan? Or should we start this a fresh (wouldn't mind heading that one up).

But honestly, just make sure everyone is checking the thread often and make sure you have an idea of who you might be picking. It's not that hard. Check it when you get up, after you come home from work/school and before you go to bed. The longest delay should be when you are asleep.

WTF, no, that's not fair at all. That's 4:30AM for me.

MSN is not needed for now. We have only had 2 misses.

Just kick out the people who aren't making their picks on time and put their players back into the pool.

a) Kick out the lagging players
b) Start over

Whatever we do we must make some strict rules to follow so that we can get this moving in a timely manner. We can start a new thread for someone who is active (Shrav, sifter, etc) and a few mods could help change the thread title to match whoever's turn it is. However, keep checking the thread even if the title doesn't match your turn!

Start over with 5 teams, I say. Eight makes it lag too much. Sifter, me, you, TumTum and Gazza. These seem to be the active members. Dan hasn't been that active recently. 5 teams maximum, imo.

I say keep going as is. Cricketman you step in for Harishan in about 15 mins when his 24 hours is expired. You have Michael Bevan already which is a good start. I'm not too fussed though. If everyone wants to start again fine. But I do think we could keep going.

Otherwise maybe just PM everyone involved telling them to keep active on this thread and maybe lower the time limit to 12-18 hours.
