Don Bradman Cricket 14 - Issues and Anomalies after patch 2 [PS3/360]

i have loved don bradman since i first got it however after the second patch i have had to give up playing because of a freezing issue after career mode games finish.

This issue occurs about 90% of the time. Apart from this the game is great, but i would like to see batting being a little more forgiving with pull shots now virtually unplayable without getting caught and no straight drive without hitting it straight to the bowler. I accept the last couple of issues could be complete ignorance and lack of skill on my part.

If the game was working without glitches and those couple of issues i think the donbradman community would join me in saying, Big ant studios DONT CHANGE A THING. BEST CRICKET GAME EVER RELEASED

Does it freeze during the autosave after a game? Are you on the 360?

If the answer to both of these questions is yes, then try letting the game get to the demo screen when you first start it up. After the demo has run, then start playing. Some people have reported this as a work around for the problem you're having.

yeah. i have also heard that, and will certainly try it. I wanted to post my problem so big ant can range how big of an issue this glitch is.

The running to demo thing has worked for me. Not a single crash since I started doing it.

I've had no problem with Pull shots at all. Cuts on the other hand, are virtually impossible. And you can't play straight drives in the game! You have to play a very straight cover drive and hope to God it doesn't go in the air. Playing on the offside can be very tricky. I got caught defending on the front foot by Short Leg!

It is the best cricket game released, but there are still issues to sort out, so I wouldn't expect BigAnt not to change a thing!

you raise a good point. i have also found playing on the off side virtually impossible especially when trying to hit to point without reverse sweeping

is there anybody who can reply my post.
I am playing this Don Bradman 2014 since 10 days but i am not getting how to exit after match finishing there come waiting for exit and it's keep loading and loading even in career mode, i am very keen to play career mode but it doesn't get exit just hangs on loading status..i do the alt + f4 or start + d everytime then gets out of screen..
Please help me how to fix this..?

Glamorgan v Essex

Player bowls - AI hits for four - then the ball just sits there over the rope with a circle round it - fielder walks towards it - then game suddenly goes into slow "reverse"

Fielder walks slowly backwards away from the ball - ball just sits there dead - and the graphic of the batsmen running between wickets go back and fore, back and fore, back and fore

Was as if the game hadn't recognised the ball had gone over the rope - thought the ball was still in play

Only way out of this was to exit the game

How is it possible to tell if someone has pirated the game? I don't mean this in a way that I'm sticking up for the guy, I am just interested to know how you can find out. Thanks!

There seem to be a fair few bugs that end up with people losing their progress. Such a shame.

Were you by any chance appealing before you caught the ball? Sometimes when you appeal before the ball is caught, the game hangs up on you.

Yes I believe that was the case. It's a bad habit but I don't believe I saw this issue before this week.

The majority here have seen the "like" bugs that the pirated copy only has.

We also know with 100% certainty based on Steam ID and have shared links that enable others to check that as well.[DOUBLEPOST=1407974363][/DOUBLEPOST]
