You serious? UV played very well in his last two innings. The wicket was slow and hard grafting and so it required a patient innings. If Yuvi comes in today, he will look to play his usual style of booming shots because the wicket today is flat, hard and true.

I would replace Gambhir with Raina. We have too many "take time to settle" batsmen in our lineup. Sachin, Gambhir, Kohli, Dhoni. We should bring in Raina for either of Gambhir or Kohli. I prefer Gambhir to go out because Kohli can consolidate too if we are in bad position. And Kohli can go one down and Raina can come in at 5 or 6 and blast with Yusuf.

I agree with Sai, UV has been in good nick ,especially after batting on those two testing surfaces. The reason we need to promote him here is for him to score faster. Though if he settles or tries to settle in, it would be tough for us to reach a score in excess of 320.
