Haha, nice. I take it you are playing on a 360. There was no DC option for PC so we pretty much started from scratch (and before the patch, only 5 minute quarters, which were crazy).
I did try one of my careers as an SG but I tried to make it realistic by putting my height down to the minimum (I think it is 6'0" for an SG) and obviously got dominated on defense, haha. Settled on a 6'0" PG which is kinda short but good enough for me.
They've made a lot of improvements on My Player (they call it My Career) in 2K11. A whole list is here: 2K Sports
My fav as a PG is getting a bump for a pass leading to a score/foul. So many times I'd have a perfect lead in and a foul at the rim meant the basket didn't go in and I didn't record an assist. But they've made huge bumps with presentation. Sadly you won't be able to transfer your 2K10 character to 2K11.
I'd go back and revive my player from 2K10 but with 2K11 just about a week away it doesn't make too much sense to do that. So I'll keep the association going on 2K10 and go through 2K11 with career mode.
