I wonder why Bhuvanesh did not bowl his 4 overs?Why on earth would a captain want Bhuvi to bowl the 19th,have 1 more over and give the last over to someone as useless as Dinda?

Pune seriously needs to get their brains working again if they want to create some upsets this season.

Dinda's last over has made the difference.Royal Chockers Bangalore should have lost today too.Dinda spoilt the party and PWI are officially out of IPL6.

Could have easily beaten RCB there, if Pune has shown some sensibility and finished Bhuvaneshwar's 4 overs instead of bowling Dinda.

Back on CSK, another win and they are well ahead of their other peers. One more win on Sunday, and we set a new IPL record for most no. of consecutive wins. After that, I would like to see Dhoni rested for a match or two. Also Mike Hussey. If we are in danger of losing the top two spots, then Dhoni and/or Hussey can always come back in.

CSK going with awesome form in all the three areas. They doesn't seem to have a weak link so far except death bowling. But still Bravo and Morris are there to do the needful. KXIP lost 2 matches on the trot with short margin. But a god game of cricket.

Nope,resting wont be a great idea.The players must be in the hunt,1 or 2 off matches and they can become rusty.Should have rested in the earlier stages.Too late,CSK should play with the same 11 or i would put it as the Best 11,maybe Ben can replace someone when he is fit.

"Well I think the platform for there. We needed those runs. We slowed down in the middle. On these kinds of wickets, you never know what is a good target, we did well in keeping wickets in hand. 160 is a good benchmark for wickets about which you know nothing about. It's important we don't really eye 180 everytime. Mohit has played a lot of Delhi cricket, city cricket makes you street smart, he has played lot of those games. He bowls with full effort, he has shown improvement in the last few games. I don't think we would really rest anyone, I think it's important to continue playing your best XI. This year hasn't been too hot, so I am not complaining about the weather."

Not often does one recover from knee tendonitis in a month's time, but I'd love to have him back playing in place of Albie Morkel.

You can't rest anyone during the initial stages when you were not even sure of a playoff spot. Now its impossible to stop CSK from qualifying for the playoffs (in fact, the other results have to go into an incredible way to stop them from qualifying). So I feel now is the time to rest players like Dhoni for a game or two.

You need to try Faf out to see what combination you can use for the playoffs.

Back on it - Did Dravid react to it? Delhi cricketers and some of Delhi's people are bringing a lot of disgrace to their state and the nation. Their 'so-called BS aggression' is getting on the nerves. I used to back Virat Kohli as the next captain, but after his recent nonsense, I don't back him anymore. And I will never back Gambhir for even playing for India again. Comparatively, Sehwag is a lot calmer and a better guy (though he too sometimes bursts, but he is more subdued about it).

Yes I would say Sehvag can come back to Indian team in coming months but hope Gauti doesn't deserve to get chance now to play for India in Champions Trophy. He has lost respect. I hate Virat and Gautam from bottom of my heart now. Dhoni has 2 find some other Indian player 2 follow him.

Well looking at the points table its clear that CSK will qualify for the playoffs and there is a lot of competation for the remaining 3 slots what are being competed by Rcb,Rr,Mi,Srh and KXI tough i feel its do or did scenario for kingsXI but see a tough fight between the 4 i personally want Rr to qualify they are a very good team with limited resource the biggest pluse is their domestic recruits who are doing very well this season tough all the teams have been home sick its something to work on for them so i see a csk victory for the 3rd time. And csk supporters please thank MSD for it and coming to the champions trophy selection i got a feeling most of the swing bowlers will be selected and Msd may persuiate for ishant as the only pace bowler with the 3 kumar's and irfan in with a varity and i went trough previous posts there were some hot topics of Mishu i dont what to say but i see him being selected and the batsmen.

He even tweeted that mate.How on earth would he accept that he had a heated exchange with Dravid?People would have killed him the next moment.The video is pretty evident.Bisla abused Dravid first and Gauti dint control him but abused again.Its very clear.I was a big fan of Gauti but he lost all his respect yesterday.Maybe you are one of the few Gambhir fans still there who wants to defend him.Hard luck anyways.
