There will be massive ramifications of a Sahara pull out from the BCCI. Remember, this is no longer just about the IPL. Sahara has effectively ended its entire association with the BCCI.

As for the IPL, it will be a 10 team league next year. Expect new tenders to be floated soon.

I'd side with Sahara here, purely from a business point of view. I agree that they have been moaning about a lot of things with the BCCI.
If you remember the 2002 ICC CT, you will find that the Indian team played without a sponsor. Even in the 2003 WC, there was some issue with Sahara and hence Amby Valley was being promoted.

The ramifications- who is going to pump in that much amount of money into the BCCI now ? I dont think BCCI would side with Airtel given that they pulled out of sponsoring the Champions League.

Raina and Hussey are raping Mumbai Indians bowling attack here.. Reminds us of the CSK-SRH match where Raina went on a rampage to get to 99*. CSK are setting themselves up for 180+ here which should be a very good score.

Hope Raina and Huss don't let it down here. They need to keep smashing. The next guy in is Dhoni and then Morkel/Bravo. With 2.5 overs to go, time to keep slogging till the end.

You act as though Sahara are the only company in the world that can pump that much money into the BCCI, they're not, the BCCI will just auction it off and we'll find an equally good/better sponsor who hopefully won't bitch as much.

Great support for CSK, didn't look like an away game, so much yellow in the crowd Like I said before, on their day CSK is just too strong for any team. Amazing team!
