Congrats to SA well deserved series win totally outplayed us in both batting and bowling. Quite convincing victory in the end, reminds me of the days when we use to murder teams like this
Nay, the only murdering that's gonna occur are the murders of Andrew Hilditch et al. And hopefully soon.
Yeah. Hilfy was getting the ball to swing beautifully. What Gibbs did was harsh really. He didn't bowl anywhere near that badly.
Johnson's control was horrible. ODI bowling is all about control. The Aussie pace attack without Bracken just has none. Simple as that. Hopes did an ok job but had no back up. You can't build pressure when you're leaking runs.
And someone mentioned Brad Hodge. Don't seriously tell me that players like Warner and White are being selected over Hodge.

Good win for the boys. I expect us to win the tests but had aussies for the odi's especially after smith went home.

Congrats South Africa. They have outplayed us all summer. 
But I think we will be allrite when we get some of our better players back. Great to see competitive cricket all summer though. I am sure it will no different when we go over there.......hopefully we can get a better result.

Tait is struggling to keep to 150 for 3 overs. Heck, by the 5th over in a spell, he is struggling to bowl anything beyond 144. He has to go back and analyse whether with his action and all, he can be a tearaway quick and be of some utility in test matches.

Our whole team has issues. I think New Zealand will give us a run for our money with this team. Its a shocking team. SRi Lanka and Pakistan could beat it.
Dropping Hayden was a bad idea. I still think we should bring him back. Warner is not fit to open yet. You need someone experirnced. Katich or in the future when he's fit Jacques. You cant open with an allrounder or keeper (Gilly was an exception). Still i think Haydos should be recalled for ODIs only, he could last until the World Cup if he is only playing ODIs.
David Hussey isnt good enough either. and now that Gilchrist and Hayden are gone, you cant have Mike and Clarke in the same team.
Our bowling used to always save our batsmen, but now they cant, i couldnt see anyone winning us the game today.

Watson is useless, and Hopes is miles better. Don't know why you have Hussey/Clarke, both are essential.

Why can't you open with an all-rounder or keeper? Some all-rounders might be specialist openers, and Haddin would be great in the openers spot. You always talk about played needing to take advantage of the powerplay overs and Haddin is your man. He can hit the ball as hard and far as anyone. I wouldn't mind seeing this;

Katich has proven himself a stroke-maker but the selectors don't seem to like him in the ODI format. Don't know how long they can push with Michael Hussey.

It has happened due to the full contribution of team and evryone had done exceptionally well to full fill their resposibilities. Definately, this loose will defeat will going hunt us like 2007 and 2008 CBS but we will bounce back very soon. In SA we will definately take the whole revnege. Once again Proteas, congrats for this wonderful victories in Summer.

I just feel you need specialist batsmen opening. I really prefer to see.

Also why is everyone all of a sudden wanting Haddin gone?
I would of prefered Ronchi from the beginning, but now that Haddin has been keeper for a while and doing fine, why are people wanting him gone?
