Ghambhir and Jaffer will open somehow. And I am sure that Ghambhir will perform today somehow.
That would be nice, but somehow I am also forced to think of the opportunity of Kaif replacing Dravid. Kaif is a solid player who is known for his good tight technique and can also score quick runs by running speedy singles! In case of a collapse, Kaif can take the responsibility and put the Indian innings back on the rails!
I am divided on this! Let Sehwag and Chappell worry abt it. Whatever combination it is, I want to see India winning at Ahmedabad!
Another news on what actually happened before the Saurav dropping saga:

Chappell is tough, we Indians better get in line with him or else we are going to bring to ourselves lot of mental tension by mulling over why Chappell is against Saurav, etc. Chappell will not work according to the Indian way of thinking! He is doing what he feels is the best!
After Saurav did that outburst in the media of the private meeting between him, the coach and the team managemenet, I wont believe him on anything and I strongly feel what Chappell says is right! I think Saurav still is not mixing around well with the others in the dressing room (DRESSING ROOM as I stress it)!
See, Chappell is aggressive in what he wants! You have to be. Why did you bring him in? You guys wanted him to rejuvenate the team and make it perform. Well he is doing it certainly very well. The definition of a coach has changed greatly over the years! Its the pivotal post in a team and its the fulcrum around which the team revolves! If the fulcrum does good, the team does well!
I hear lots of people saying that the team is looking hungry, determined and quite focussed on succeeding! SO WE SHOULD LEAVE IT TO CHAPPELL who I am sure will certainly take care of the success of Indian cricket! At least he has shown lot of promising signs of doing that!
