We have all our bases covered in this team right from batting to bowling and our fielding along with bowling combination and power hitters. But who the hell in the Indian team cares about ?

I've said it before. And I'll say it again. Shami isn't suited for T20s. Leaks a hell lot of runs on average.

It's just that he lacks variation for a T20 game. He has a good bumper and can also bowl a mean yorker but his yorkers are not very consistent. His skiddy action also doesn't help him because it makes bowl come on to bat pretty nicely. He is a wicket-taker however which might bring him in the contention especially since Khaleel didn't start the season well and Saini is still an unknown territory.

I must say that this innings of Kohli has to be his best in T20 Cricket. Infact this knock of his is better than all 5 T20 hundreds he has got to his name. This knock is followed by his innings against Australia in 2016 WT20 and his 100 with a broken hand in IPL.[DOUBLEPOST=1576077795][/DOUBLEPOST]Finally India have realised the importance of boundaries and sixes in this format.

I would say instead let KL Rahul keep wickets and get a middle order batsman capable of hitting those big shots. Pant clearly needs time off his game now.

That 3rd game shows how much indispensable KL Rahul is becoming, to the T20 XI. He is the guy who can give us those rapid fast starts to propel our scores way higher and into the modern day T20 standards. And with him, Rohit also seems on an overdrive.

The shootout should be between Pant vs Samson and if Pant gets the nod, then Samson fights with Iyer and Manish for the the 2nd batting spot in the XI. Samson better get games ahead of the T20 WC if we need a proper backup keeper for that event (unless we are going back 100 steps by asking MSD to pad up).

Kohli needs to calm down. Hope Anushka's on top of his health checkups. Wondering where the guy's blood pressure is right now!
