Any away swing won't worry him because he will punish you. Any wide in swing will go too. You need to bowl it at off stump and bring it into his hip.

That's where he loves it. Not good from Broad.

Broad shouldn't have the new ball. He doesn't get any movement with it so it's a waste. He'd be better suited first or second change. Flintoff may have been a better option, plus he'd be a better bet to give Hughes some good short balls.

I mentioned this earlier, it's because NSW play a more attacking spinner in Casson for First Class as our quicks werent guaranteed to get 20 wickets but Australia wanted a conservative spinner after we tried Krejza in India hence Hauritz selection.

Well that's what I think happened. That or the selectors dont watch domestic cricket.
