lol sometimes i think oneday cricket will the form of 20/20, just look how fast it's growing.. personally I hate 20/20, the bowlers just bowls 4 overs, with so much preassure on the batsman, it's a one sided game i think..

Definitely possible just the usual story of which WI side turns up. Bangladesh worry would be can they score quick enough. The Windies have enough hitters to speed up the scoring.

As much as it sounds like a joke, I have to admit some sort of promotion is sensible.

This is definitely the prime opportunity for England to beef up its team. With Vaughan's timely retirement, he needn't be sent to South Africa and that opens the door for experimentation, possibly ushering in a new era for an ever under-performing team.

Pakistan vs India will be interesting, but not for atmosphere. How well will these two teams play the game? Both teams have some good experience in their ranks, but it is very limited. Logic says Shahid Afridi should be in his element, but results say otherwise. Logic has other friends, however. If ever there was a batsman who needed to regain some authority; and if ever there was one who could do so from an opportunity to play a lot of shots; it is Sachin Tendulkar. What beasts will we see emerge from these contests? Will they all cancel each other out or will there be one waving his bat in the air? Perhaps even that is presumptuous, will there be one holding a ball in the air?

The current top order with the exception of Nafees doesn't look all that devastating so why not gives these two a try. I've been very impressed with Mortaza batting lately.

The flat pitches in South Africa are the best anyway...that where most of the huge scores come from.

If it was held in Asia, we would also have to put up with the substandard dross of coverage they provide. South Africans are quite good at cricket coverage.

SA pitches offer something for the pacemen and the batters. The first ever 400 was made over there so high scores shouldn't be a problem.
