Good to see Ojha back in the side and Bhajji out of the side. Dhawan obviously plays a big game for himself and for India. Him clicking well might make us feel a lot better after the loss of the successful pair of Sehwag-Gambhir who have been failures in recent times. If Vijay-Dhawan can click as a pair together, it will be a major boost for India ahead of South Africa.

Rahane should also play a game soon. Irrespective of win or lose, Rahane should play the final test.

Tough going in India when you keep winning the toss. That's 3-0 now for Australia. The team winning the toss in the last five tests in India has been defeated on four occasions and drawn once, so the odds are against us here.

With that said, good start by Warner so far. Expecting him to feast on the likes of Ishant Sharma and Ravi Ashwin once he gets comfortable.

Well, to be fair, he has been at his best vs Australia. That average was destroyed by his 2nd tour to Australia. Otherwise, he was decent on his first tour to Australia, and decent in the two series' in India (2008 & 2010).

However, right now, he shouldn't even be the squad. I think there is a sense of nostalgia about him. People think that he's bowling badly because of some deterioration in technique. But really, his novelty value has just worn off and batsmen have realized he is a one dimensional bowler (his only weapon is that he can angle it in). It's not as if he's lost pace or anything. He bowls a decent line, but a poor length, and really only has 1 ball.

Finally . Sad to see Clarke get dismissed to be honest as we as Indians want each team to perform and get bored seeing one sided matches

Hopefully we can restrict Australia below to 300. Although 1st day was washed out, if we can get a result out of this match, then it will be amazing cause we know Australia dont like batting or bowling more then 4 days

Ed Cowan is the most boring player to watch in world cricket.

You must have not seen Asim Kamal of Pakistan play a test. Such talented guy but used to bat so very defensively, you think the like of Sunil Gavaskar, Rahul Dravid or Brain Lara would be playing a ODI when compared to his scoring rate. To me, Ed Cowan is the second best player for Australia in these conditions. Somewhat like what Damien Martyn when he played in India.
