Sadly it's not possible as India will look around 300 (minimum) lead to declare so even if Bangdesh score 500 (which looks impossible looking at current situation) then India have to score 200 runs to win and it is impossible for Gambhir to score 100 out of 200 runs with the presence of Sehwag.

So Sadly it wont happen

Sehwag has been out well before India have reached 200 in every innings so far, so it's obviously possible for Gambhir to bat on unaffected by his presence.
