ICCCT2006: Group A

He can't. He still isn't fully fit from injury. He shouldn't even be in the bloody side because he isn't good enough as a batsman to warrant a place in the side on batting alone.

Adam Gilchrist and Ricky Ponting out now... Punter's total runs in this tournament moves to 2.

It won't change the result but it's still nice to see the bowlers doing well. I think if we bowl first we can win.

Oh good lord, now I look stupid and for mocking a guy with an average higher than forty, no less.

what a swing bowling display by Anderson & Mahmood!!! Now its going to be little tough though they still have less to chase!!!

I wouldn't mind a re-run of the final innings at Trent Bridge last year. That would be an exciting way to leave the tournament for England.

It's all false optimism. Hussey and Martyn will be there at the end because no doubt Harmison will come on and ruin all of our momentum.

Steve Harmison into the attack. How he fares could decide which way this match goes. He's bowling over the wicket to Martyn...

12.1 Harmison to Martyn, FOUR
12.2 Harmison to Martyn, FOUR
12.3 Harmison to Martyn, FOUR

Just as reliable as ever

What a performance by Harmison, the way he rescued Australia from a position of such insecurity is truly mesmorising. Well done Steve.

I'm not sure how they can currently justify playing Harmison ahead of Lewis. Lewis performed superbly in Harmisons absence against Pakistan, and with Harmison absent we actually beat a good side twice.

I'm sure he would win his place back as he is a key player when bowling well, but I do think he needs to be dropped if only as a kick up the behind. On a couple of occassion in interviews he seems like he takes his place for granted a little.
