Oh how i've missed Fredward and the black spot on the back of his head. It's clearly the source of all his powers. Flintoff just needs to bat like Flintoff and he'll be fine. If he tries the cautious and cagey approach he won't last long, he just needs to go out and a have a bash. Old school Flintoff.

I think ambrose will do well, he didn't in the first test but he only had 1 innings and he loves his shots off the back foot so he'll prefer pace. Cook is class, he'll come good.

Fred is a brilliant bowler. All these times in recent test matches where we've had no-one to turn to, now we've got Fred. I love it. I am so exited to see him back playing for England again. We need to bowl first and hit them hard with this 5 man attack.

You've just put my thoughts on tomorrow into a neatly formed couple of paragraphs. Totally agree, lay off Cook and Ambrose, the former is class, the latter has had one poor test innings, before that he made a vital innings against NZ.

Fred!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He's been bowling well for Lancashire, without luck really (you'll know what I mean if you saw the Sussex game on TV). Cannot be left out of an England side, and we are better with him in it. Brings our bowling line up something new as well.

Victoria pulled him out of Victorian Premier Cricket in 2006. He was mostly used as a one-day player for Victoria, struggled to get into the team too much because they've had a lot of quality fast bowling, but he did earn his contract. He signed with Notts for 2008 and 2009 as a British passport holder and has taken 29 wickets in 6 FC games.

It's a bit wacky because his brother recently played for the Aus u-19s.

I'm not sure how those get given, they sound completely wrong, yet still get given. One of the weakest umpires on the panel. Got to feel for the man out of form.

It is a good batting track imo, why is Morkel pitching it short?

Surprised Pattinson played, been impressive for Notts.
