Australia tour of India (Feb '17/Mar '17)

Jadeja you beauty! Another [HASHTAG]#brainfader[/HASHTAG] moment in the series. Both the set batsman dismissed now
Also I feel Renshaw getting out of the crease at the last moment and Ishant just pumped up the Indians and Ishant Sharma in particular, the build up to Renshaw dismissal was fantastic few bumpers followed by a fuller one.

Not a single over from the world's no.1 bowler and ICC cricketer of the year so far that too on a typical 5th day Indian wicket.

We are looking flat since lunch. Once Australia get into the lead, I see this tapering out to be a tame draw. Australia will then feel supremely confident going into Dharamsala.

Mostly likely a draw now! Unless something dramatic happens like a collapse or blinder of an innings from Glenn Maxwell (highly unlikely).

Peter Handscomb is good! Kohli should just put Jadeja on till the end of the day. And to all those that were saying Pujara playing too slow talk was BS, can now revisit their thoughts. Another 50 runs here would be priceless. India will have to bat again to win this test.

Pujara made sure we couldn't lose this test but he could have put us in an invincible position as well. Good innings mind you, but he certainly could have kicked on. The wicket is still hard to get cheap wickets on.

If someone had told me the Aussies are going to win 1 test match on the tour, I'd have picked that to be Dharamshala.

You normally post BS but this I agree with, Pujara has ensured India did not loss whilst ensuring they didnt win either, call it a double edged sword. That being said aint gonna blame Pujara only but the Indian management for not declaring earlier on the 4th day.

Amazing innings by Handscomb and Marsh. This is exactly both needed in terms of confidence. I'm amazed to see Jadeja's development tbf, he has gone from being an able sidekick to being a bowler who's capable of leading the attack himself. Fantastic game and draw would be a very fair result.

I guess they should call it of by 4.15 pm IST
Edit - They will end it by regular time .i.e. 4.30 pm.

Agreed. Got to credit Steve Smith and the selectors. Smith demanded Renshaw, Handscomb and Maddinson and the former two have given a marvellous account of themselves. The good thing is that they're young and will only get better.

The Indian broadcasters apart from Kapil Dev are so pathetic and utter hypocrites! They're bitching on Maxwell for his shoulder gesture but were laughing when Dhawan had done something worse to Shane Watson during an ODI.

Mind you, it was evident that Dhawan was ridiculing Watson, but it's not clear whether Maxwell was ridiculing Kohli or thanking his stars he didn't injure himself.

.
Do you know the whole Watson scenario?
It was in Bengalarau when Raina and Dhawan mocked him ,a match ago Haddin and Watson did the same with Dhawan when the latter was struggling with cramps.
Yeah i agree both Raina and Dhawan in that match did it too much that Dhoni hap to intervene in between.

Pujara should have batted a bit faster. He is fully capable of doing so.

Raina didn't. He genuinely got hit. Dhawan did.
