Just because Shah is unlucky because he hasn't cemented a spot in the England side doesn't make him a better batsman then Watson?

Watson has better first-class statistics whilst playing in a stronger domestic competition against better bowlers. Watson is just a better overall batsman, he has better statistics and looks a far better batsman in general.
