Australia's Tour Of India - 2008

Australia has passed 500 runs by now. But they should continue to keep going.

Knowing our luck, White will probably make a ton now and justify his selection for the next Test and it'll cost us our chance of levelling the series.

Looks like he could well do this. Hes certainly going to make it hard for the selectors to drop him. Knowing their love for him this will be all he needs even though our spin attack has crap as we thought it would.

Having some ain't going to cut it.
This is India "Spin Central". We expect at least one spinner to do well in every test played in India.
It is a must.

This match is destined for a draw. They should bring Ganguly higher in the batting order, since he didn't have much time to bat.

Not destined to be a draw yet.Australia would be the side who can win this game from now on.
I can see them putting up 700 now.A fiery spell from Lee can get Australia a win here.I have a funny feeling that we will lose this game.

Just as I type, Alan Border is referring to the Adelaide 2006 game.

Another sitter dropped. Mishra and Laxman won't be very happy, two chances to get Clarke out in the 90s, both missed.

Sehwag gets his 5th wicket! Excellent bowling... Guess He does'nt trust the fielders and decided to get his wicket all by himself!:D

Make them pay for that, Clarke.

Looks like he just did.

Lucky as hell mind, but we?ll take it. Thank god he got it just before tea.

Now that he?s got it, time to really have a go after tea.

I dunno about boring; it'd be surprising to see two teams make 600. In fact, I think it's only happened once before in Tests.

Lots of dropped chances today. Looks like a draw to me.

Well done to Sehwag, deserved the 5 wicket haul. Bowled really well.

I think Harbhajan probably would have been a demon on this pitch. And Vettori if he happened to be Indian/Australian. Really seems to suit the off-spinners. Anyone who can get bounce and who has the accuracy to hit the footmarks (like the 2 mentioned) consistently would have cleaned up. India are obviously unfortunate their off-spinner is injured, but it shows a lack of balance in the Australian side.
