Kumble - looks like Ganguly's twin brother. His decision to give Ganguly the new ball sounded AWFUL and SHOCKING!!!!!! But boy oh boy, it worked like magic. The very next over, Kumble brought himself on, again defying conventional approach but it worked.

Kumble seems really pro-Ganguly to me. Ganguly seems to be getting more work to do when Kumble is captain. I feel it can work really well for India because the ganguly way of captaincy has proved to work.

Come on india! this is now a big opportunity. after working so hard, we deserve to finish this off in style!

What matters to me now is India's win. Has been a really good test match, and both teams have played well. It has not turned out good by default. Hope we can win this!

Dinesh Karthik is in danger. He is now getting poor scores even in test cricket. Being a non-specialist opener, his place is in danger with the possibility of Yuvraj replacing him at the top of the order (in this series). Eventually, his place will be in danger for the long term, for the Australia tour with Sehwag kicking for a place.

Indian winters are not as harsh as some of the winters prevalent in other countries. A sweater (that too might be needed only in the mornings) is enough to play in winter.

Pakistan have always been more about their bowling. This series was nothing different where their bowling was expected to do well, and so far it has been doing to some extent.

Edit: Good start after lunch for india. 12 runs off 2 overs.Dravid looking perfect now. Crucial to India's victory march here at Kotla.
