Bollinger is pretty stiff not to get in ahead of Siddle IMO, but that said he seems to be doing a good job and he is long term probably our most exciting pace option. He's certainly a gun in Cricket Captain! And real life.

Run rate jumping up again as the batsmen have settled in after lunch. Pretty poor bowling from both Watson and Siddle to Dravid the last couple of overs by pitching it on his pads over and over again.

Jaques has been sent back home with a replacement to be announced in the next few days. Surely it'll be Dave Hussey, Symonds hasn't done much with the bat since returning although I'd take him over White.

wow india has started pretty well in this test match. was somewhat expected as run breaker stuart is not playing. good for india. another good point is dhoni captaining which increases the chances of india winning this match many folds

Oh damn! Another batsman wastes the opportunity to make it big on this track. Dravid was getting a little too positive and was going for wide deliveries from johnson.

That was a really good ball from Johnson to get Gambhir. Dravid however, succumbed to hunger. It had been 8 overs since his last boundary and even though he's known for his patience, he'd already picked up a clutch of fours and developed a taste for it.
