Australia's Tour Of India - 2008

HES DONE IT !! CENTURY NO.16 FOR DADA !!:happy:clap:cheers:hpraise

what an innings.....a complete test of concentration and character...!

Good century for Ganguly but now he becomes White's 2nd victim :)
About the only way we looked like getting a wicket, now we have to run through this tail. Bring on Siddle he should be able to do the deed.

Ganguly is out... A great innings comes to an end. Very well played,Dada.:cheers

An amazing, well-built innings by the great legend, saurav ganguly. What a hundred, his 16th 100 and still looks he has enormous cricketing career left in him.

Well, Cameron White. He'll be the happiest bowler presently. :D He's got Sachin tendulkar as his first wicket and now and then, It's saurav Ganguly who fell as his Victim for White's 2nd test Wicket.

WOW! :D..:D..

Worrying thing is White is starting to get the ball to turn ever so slightly. Imagine what the Indian spinners will be doing.

It will/may/may not be.

lol so many doubts. :D :p

Indian bowlers need to strike early. Like, the very first 10 overs or so. If they want to get something off the new ball. But, there's a twist in the tale, India has quality spinners. Both the spinners have got hat-tricks on the big stages. Amit Mishra (IPL), Harbhajan :D:D Versus Australia in 2001/2.

Interesting. hmm..

Nay mate. Look at his drift. He bowls like a gun at leg-side sometimes. But, he's bowled at lot to ganguly. He's more of an over-spin bowler as said rather than a leg-spin bowler. He can do well against the right-handed batsmen with his drift.

He's got that special ability to drift that ball 9/10 times. If he can try like many variations, like top-spin, flipper, he can succeed at most of the times. But, the thing is he needs to control his "Accuracy with Flight".. If he can do that, he has a lot of chances to trouble the batsmen.

Draw on the cards.

Although, I can see Australia still winning this.

Australia get bowled out for 500, getting a 20 run lead and Pete Siddle runs through the Indian batting lineup in the second innings, picking up 5-21 and India getting bowled out for under 100, just like what Dale Steyn did to India.

He has potential definitely but I don't think he'll ever be considered as a bowling all rounder. If he can get into our side as a batter then it gives our side that extra bowling option rather than a main bowling option. There are better prospects than relying on White as our main bowling option.

An ability to bowl the flipper would make White very interesting. As it is, it was a faster delivery from White that hit a true 4th stump line and knocked over Harbhajan's off stump in the process.

Not so good shot from Saurav, and a very lazy shot from Harbhajan has put our dreams in some sort of trouble.

A superb hundred from Saurav! Hats off.... He is playing with lot of freedom and an calm, relaxed mind. he has had a very good series so far. Dhoni has to get to his hundred and Zaheer should give him company because we need 500 here to put pressure. The wicket is still the same belter, and will remain the same for long time..

Edit: Dhoni smashes Siddle for SIX!!! WOW!

Another sizzler from Dhoni off Siddle.. great agressive batting.
