Australia's Tour Of India - 2008

13 overs bowled in the hour after lunch. Given Laxman's 5 minute bat-delay, that's an over rate of about 14. Getting better, but that's with the spinner operating at one end throughout the session, something that won't be the case throughout the match.

I think everyone has the same providers.

Geez we didn't pick a great bowling lineup to defend that record. Hope we keep it in tact though as it's such a cool record to have.

That tasmanian keeper behind Paine is pretty good with the gloves. Cliffinger or something.

J Krejza has been very expensive,13 overs 2 wickets 81 runs so far,and he is not at all afraid to toss the ball up,he is still doing it,when Tendulkar hit him 2 4's in his last over,he is turning ball sharply.

What a stat.

And in 19 games at new stadiums in India, India have only won 4.

We can't lose. :D

He hasn't played a game this season, his batting isn't as good as some of our other keepers. Paine is the Tassie keeper atm and his batting is probably the best of our keepers at domestic level.

Congrats Sachin,a very good 50,did it in quick time, good going,we all hope that he gets his 100 here.

Sean Clingeleffer. He's not even that bad with the bat, it's just that Paine is a bit of a wunderkind, still only 23 and has a first class high score of 215. His place in the one-day side is assured, making it tough for the second keeper, although I think when they played Paine as a specialist batsman in first class matches, it worked well.

Sachin breaks another record. That 50 brings up his 91st score featuring a score of 50 or more. 39 Hundreds and 52 fiftys means he passes Border.

This Aussie bowling attack has gotten worse, Krezja, White, Johnson and Watson would all struggle to get into most international sides tbh. Krezja was going at over 6 an over a little while ago. Bollinger should have been given a go.

Hence i said with the gloves. Yeah i've been harping on paine for quite a while. Mind you Haddin and Paine are head and shoulders above the rest with the bat. Ronchi is a slogger but his average is poor. And that Mathew Wade guy from Victoria isn't that great with the bat. I can't help but feel Haddin would perform a lot better with the bat if he was higher up the order. Number 6.

Great 50 by Tendulkar. Keep it up boys

The difference between Krejza and White is that Krejza was willing to toss it up. Bit like Paul Harris to K.P in the SA tour of Englan. It was brave and it eventually worked out a few times. The key difference is that Krejza spins it a lot more and the captain has used him as a wicket taking option. If i was an aussie fan i wouldn't mind the runs because he's getting the wickets. He's beating the bat a fair few times. Unlike White who's a little more economical but hardly dangerous. The Aussie attack isn't great but with the squad they have i think its close to the best they could pick. Just swap White for Bollinger.

EDIT: Even more ominous is that they haven't drawn in the landmark games either. Its been a 100% record.
