Australia's Tour Of India - 2008

They will most probably defend. There's no point risking a wicket this late in the day.

Our biggest problem will be that 2nd session of the day, wickets seem to tumble all over the place!

Krejza leaves one record for the West Indian bowler :) Krejza just missed out on being the leading wicket taker in the series and all this in one test!

Australia were asked to chase 384 at Edan gardens 2001. Almost the same score but with more overs to bat.

Thats because Hayden and Ponting are still there. Once they go (and cheaply) we can relax. Or in my case study for exams...

Yeah Aussie1st i see your point. But the rules in test cricket are one of those things i don't like changing. For me its tradition vs entertainment. Its a hard one to choose.

I agree on the traditions I'm certainly not one to change things. But I see this as a minor change. We did some rule changes after the borderline series, and I heard the front foot no ball was brought in and probably other ones I don't know about.

Sadly I have a feeling that we could see a repeat of the NZ series if we some how get close, again not blaming India it's within the rules but it could well kill the finish that we would love to see.

Good start by Aus, if only we batted like this in the 2nd test. Not crazy but controlled aggression.

Who would have thought that Watson could change the match with his bowling. I know he had help from Krejza but when he got brought back on the carnage occurred. That should be enough for him to be picked again, although the selectors probably wouldn't have dropped him anyway.

And thats stumps. No suprise he's walked off. I wonder if there was a case where the batsmen stayed on...

Bhajji and Haydos shaking hands at end of day.

Where is this world heading?
